1. Large handle operating force

(1) Cause analysis.

1) The fit clearance between valve core and valve body hole is too small.

2) Dirt wedges into the fitting clearance of the slide valve pair, or there are burrs due to the strain on the outer surface of the valve core and the inner surface of the valve hole.

3) Because the geometric accuracy of the valve core and valve body hole is out of tolerance, the hydraulic clamping force will be generated when the pressure is high, or the return oil back pressure is large.

4) The pin at the connection between the valve core and the handle is not strong.

(2) Troubleshooting.

1) After disassembly, check that the fit gap between the valve core and the valve body hole is too small. If it is too small, grind the valve hole properly to eliminate it.

2) Clean the inside of the valve, deburr and replace it if it is seriously strained.

3) Grind and repair the valve body and spool to make its geometric accuracy within 0.003 ~ 0.005mm and reduce the return oil back pressure.

4) Assemble the connection between the valve core and the handle without force.

2. The commutation is not in place

(1) Cause analysis.

1) The positioning mechanism failed and the handle failed to pull in place. For example, the missing installation of positioning steel ball and positioning spring leads to the failure of positioning mechanism.

2) The three positioning grooves of the steel ball seat ring cannot be positioned correctly due to wear, or the processing and assembly dimensions are wrong; The size distribution of three steel ball positioning holes on the valve cover of counter rotating valve is incorrect.

(2) Troubleshooting.

1) Reinstall the positioning steel ball and positioning spring.

2) Replace the steel ball seat ring and correct the three steel ball positioning holes on the valve cover.
