Repair of strained hydraulic cylinder by brush plating combined with brazing

If it is not repaired in time after being pulled, it will lead to early damage. In order to restore its performance in a short time, the process of brush plating combined with brazing can be used to repair the strained hydraulic cylinder. The process steps of brush plating combined with brazing are as follows.

1. Clean the oil stain

(1) First remove the oil and impurities on the surface. Fix the parts on the workbench, wash off the oil stains on the parts with metal cleaning agent, and completely scrape off the oil stains and impurities in the strained grooves on the parts with triangular scraper or other methods.

(2) Scrub the inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder with acetone.

(3) Electrochemical cleaning shall be carried out with electric cleaning solution, the voltage is 12 ~ 15V, the parts are connected to the negative electrode, and the cleaning time is 60 ~ 90s

(4) After electrochemical cleaning, rinse with clean water.

2. Activation

(1) No. 2 activation solution is used for electrochemical decontamination in order to remove oxides on parts. The machine is connected to the positive pole, the voltage is 10 ~ 12V, and the time control is 40 ~ 60s.

(2) When the service parts are black or grayish black, rinse them with clean water.

(3) After washing with clean water, then electrochemical cleaning with activation solution is carried out in order to completely remove impurities in the organization of the parts. The parts are connected to the positive electrode with a voltage of L6 ~ 20V and a time of 50 ~ 90s.

(4) After the surface of the standby part is silvery white, rinse it with clean water.

3. Brush plating fast nickel

(1) Flash plating nickel on the surface of the processed parts, the voltage is 18V, the parts are connected to the negative electrode, and the plating pen swings rapidly.

(2) After flash plating for 3 ~ 5S, when the surface of the standby part presents a light yellow coating, reduce the voltage to 12V, and the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 11m / min, and continue to brush plating.

(3) When the thickness of fast nickel coating reaches 1 ~ 3 μ M, rinse with clean water.

4. Brush plating alkali copper layer

(1) After the fast nickel layer is plated, the alkali copper layer is brushed. When plating alkali copper solution, the voltage is 6-8v, the parts are connected to the negative electrode, and the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 14m / min.

(2) When the thickness of alkali copper layer increases to 20 ~ 50 μ Cm later, rinse with clean water.

5. Brazing alloy

(1) Dry the surface of the brushed plated parts with clean silk cloth, apply zinc oxide flux to the parts to be welded, and then weld the brazing alloy to the strained parts successively with 300-500W electric soldering iron until the required size.

(2) Finally, scrape the brazing alloy layer to the required shape with a scraper, and then grind it smooth with an oilstone.

6. Cleaning

(1) Clean the scraped brazing layer surface with electric cleaning liquid, and remove oil and impurities.

(2) Remove the oxide on its surface with No. 2 activation solution. The time of electrochemical cleaning should be strictly controlled to prevent the alloy surface from blackening.

(3) First remove impurities with No. 3 activation solution, and then carry out rapid hot brush plating of alkali copper on the brazing surface.

7. Brush plating alkali copper

(1) The purpose of brush plating alkali copper is to enhance the strength of the brazed surface. The brush plating voltage is 6 ~ 8V, the parts are connected to the negative electrode, the brush plating speed is 9 ~ 14m / min, and the alkali copper thickness is 30 ~ 50 μ cm。

(2) After cleaning with clean water, brush plating fast nickel. The brush plating voltage is 12V. The parts are connected to the negative electrode. The brush plating speed is 9m / min and the thickness of brush plating fast nickel is 60 μ m。

(3) Wash the parts with clean water and dry them with clean silk cloth before assembly.
