Electromagnetic directional valve - AC electromagnetic iron makes noise

During the use of electromagnets, there are often two kinds of noise, namely "Da, Da, Da..." and "buzzing, buzzing, buzzing...". The cause analysis and elimination are as follows.

1. Cause analysis

1) There is something wrong with the quality of the electromagnet itself. The components of AC electromagnet are shown in Figure 26 (a). When the coil is energized, a magnetic circuit is formed between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core to generate suction, as shown in Fig. 26 (b). When the guide plate and the movable iron core are not well processed and assembled, or the movable iron core and the fixed iron core are processed incorrectly, the fixed iron core and the movable iron core cannot be well absorbed and screamed.

2) In the air gap between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core, there are fallen red lead antirust paint flakes and other dirt stuck, which can not be well absorbed, resulting in "buzzing, buzzing, buzzing..." air gap sound, as shown in Figure 26 (c).

3) The copper short-circuit ring on the fixed electromagnet breaks, producing electromagnetic sound and vibration sound.

4) The force of the return spring is too large, which exceeds the suction of the electromagnet. When it is powered on, it makes a noise of "Da, Da, Da...".

5) There are problems between the valve core and the valve hole due to burr and matching accuracy. The friction is too large, which exceeds the suction of the electromagnet, or the electromagnet cannot be pushed because the dirt sticks to the stuffy core, and often makes a noise of "buzzing, Weng, Weng...".

6) The push rod is too long, so that the movable iron core and the fixed iron core can not be well engaged to maintain the normal air gap, resulting in noise. At this time, it is "Da, Da, Da..." noise.

2. Troubleshooting

1) Check the quality and assembly of the electromagnet, and solve or replace the electromagnet in time if any problem is found.

2) Check whether the air gap between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core has fallen red lead antirust paint and other dirt, and timely clean up the fallen red lead antirust paint and other dirt in the air gap between the movable iron core and the fixed iron core.

3) Replace the electromagnet with a new one.

4) Replace the return spring that meets the requirements.

5) Check and grind the valve core and valve hole to restore the original accuracy; Check and clean the dirt.

6) Properly grind and shorten the length of the push rod. It should be noted that: the opening of the valve core may be affected after the push rod is shortened, which must be comprehensively considered. Do not grind it too short to avoid poor commutation failure. In addition, for the same type of electromagnet from different electromagnet manufacturers, the length of push rod is often different.
