Precautions for use and installation of solenoid directional valve

Pay attention to the following points when using and installing the solenoid directional valve.

(1) When selecting, users should first pay attention to the type of electromagnetic directional valve, whether it is AC or DC, voltage, installation size, suction force and stroke length of electromagnetic directional valve.

(2) The installation of electromagnetic directional valve shall keep the axis in the horizontal direction, and it is not allowed to install in the inclined or vertical direction.

(3) The functions of two position two-way electromagnetic directional valve are divided into normally open and normally closed. If you want to change the original function, just change the valve core and install it at one end. There is no two position two-way electromagnetic directional valve with a diameter of 10mm. The two position three-way solenoid directional valve is blocked at any one of the oil ports a and B to form a two-way solenoid directional valve. Note that the t oil port should still be connected back to the oil tank. The L oil port of the two position two-way solenoid directional valve and the t oil port of the two position three-way solenoid directional valve are external oil drain ports, which should be directly connected back to the oil tank.

(4) The solenoid directional valve with a diameter of 10mm has two t-ports, which can be selected when in use.

(5) The fluctuation of electromagnet voltage is allowed to be 90% ~ 105% of the rated voltage.

(6) Ya-n46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended as the working medium of electromagnetic directional valve, and the oil temperature is 10 ~ 65 ℃. The hydraulic system shall be equipped with filters with filtering accuracy not less than 30 µ M.

(7) It is forbidden to wrap the thread with paint or hemp wire at the joint of pipe joint, and PTFE sealing tape can be used.

(8) The installation position of the electromagnetic directional valve shall ensure that there is enough space at both ends to manually operate the electromagnet or replace the electromagnet.

(9) The solenoid directional valve shall be installed on the connecting base plate with the specified screws, and it is not allowed to support the valve with pipes.

(10) The surface roughness of the joint surface between the connecting base plate and the valve shall be above the specified technical requirements, and the flatness shall be less than 0.1mm.

(11) The product shall work under the specified technical conditions to ensure the normal operation of the product.

(12) The two electromagnets of the dual electric electromagnetic directional valve cannot be energized at the same time. When designing the electric control system of hydraulic equipment, the actions of the two electromagnets should be interlocked.

(13) When selecting the electromagnetic directional valve, the appropriate electromagnet shall be selected according to the power supply, service life, switching frequency, safety characteristics, etc.

(14) The oil return pipe of the change-over valve shall be lower than the liquid level of the oil tank.

(15) For the electromagnet of the wet electromagnetic directional valve, the oil pressure in the magnetic conduction chamber shall not exceed 63Mpa, otherwise it is easy to cause the bottom plate to tilt and affect the sealing.

(16) For the electromagnetic directional valve used on imported equipment, the service voltage of the electromagnet is often different from that in China, which should be paid attention to when using.
