General layout of hydraulic system components

The overall layout of hydraulic system components is divided into four parts: actuator, hydraulic oil tank, device and hydraulic control device. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with air filter, oil filter, liquid level indicator, cleaning hole, etc. The hydraulic pump device includes different types of hydraulic pumps, driving motors and couplings between them. Hydraulic control device refers to various valve components and their connectors constituting the hydraulic system. In addition to the executive elements, the connection forms of hydraulic system elements include centralized (hydraulic station) and decentralized.

1. Connection of centralized control (hydraulic station)

Centralized connection makes the oil supply device and control and regulation device of the hydraulic system independent of the main equipment, and a separate hydraulic station is set, as shown in Figure D. This structure has the advantages of convenient installation and maintenance, and the vibration and heating of the hydraulic device are separated from the main equipment. The disadvantage is that the hydraulic station increases the floor area. For example, modular machine tools, cold rolling mills, forging presses, electric arc furnaces, etc. are generally centralized.

2. Decentralized connection

The decentralized connection disperses the oil supply device and control and regulation device of the hydraulic system throughout the main equipment. For example, the bed or base of the hydraulic system of the machine tool is used as a hydraulic oil tank to store hydraulic oil. Place the control and adjustment device in a place convenient for operation. The structure has the advantages of compact structure, easy recovery of leaked oil, saving floor area, but inconvenient installation and maintenance. At the same time, the vibration of the oil supply device and the heating of the hydraulic oil will have a negative impact on the working accuracy of the machine tool. For example, some CNC machine tools, cranes, bulldozers and other mobile equipment generally adopt decentralized type.
