(1) Routine maintenance

The tamping device has many hydraulic pipelines and complex structure. The hydraulic components often fail in the construction process, affecting the construction operation. Therefore, it is very important to do a good job in daily maintenance and find hidden dangers in advance.

① Check the hydraulic hose and each pipe joint. Check whether the pipe joint is loose or leaking oil. If so, tighten it in time; Check whether each hose has direct contact. If there is direct contact between the two pipes, wrap the contact with cloth to prevent the hose from bursting due to the thinning of the pipe wall due to the severe friction between the two pipes during tamping. Carefully check whether there are cracks on the hydraulic pipeline, and replace it in time if any.

② Check the oil level of each lubricating oil cup on the tamping device and supplement lubricating oil to the oil cup in time; Check whether the lubricating oil in the main bearing box of eccentric bearing is within the oil level specified by the scale mark. If not, replenish the oil.

③ Check each hydraulic cylinder to see whether there is leakage and whether the hinge is loose or abnormal.

④ Check whether the control cable on the is intact and whether the action of the valve is flexible.

⑤ Check whether the guide column of the tamping device is loose, and pay special attention to whether the bolts on the clamping plate of the fixed guide column are loose or broken, because these bolts bear severe vibration and impact, and major accidents will be caused in case of failure.

⑥ Check the remaining grease at the centralized grease lubrication and replenish the grease in time; Check whether the clearance on both sides of the connecting pin shaft of the clamping hydraulic cylinder is squeezed out. If it is squeezed out, it indicates that there is grease injection here. If not, check whether the pipeline conveying grease is smooth.

⑦ Check the clamping action of the tamping device and observe whether the action is flexible.

(2) Troubleshooting

The failure of tamping device is mostly caused by the failure of hydraulic system. Common faults are as follows.

① Such faults as bursting of hydraulic hose, loosening of pipe joint and oil leakage are easy to deal with. Close the corresponding control valve in time, cut off the oil source of the corresponding pipe, replace the hydraulic pipe or tighten the loose pipe joint.

② The actuator in the tamping device cannot act or does not act in place. The possible reason is that the solenoid valve controlling the hydraulic cylinder does not act or does not act in place. The pressure on the oil inlet can be measured with a pressure measuring instrument. If the pressure is normal, the hydraulic valve may be faulty. At this time, it is necessary to analyze which situation causes the valve to work abnormally. If serious or large solid particles enter the hydraulic valve body, the valve will be stuck or inoperative. The hydraulic valve must be replaced or disassembled for cleaning. Abnormal control electrical signal will also cause abnormal operation of the valve. Use a multimeter to measure the control voltage and current to see if it is the same as the specified voltage and current of the valve. During the construction, there has been a case that the servo current of the electromagnetic proportional directional valve of the lifting hydraulic cylinder controlling the tamping device is too low, so that the valve can not act, resulting in the tamping device can not be inserted down. In this case, check the corresponding control circuit.

When the output pressure of the is insufficient and the filter in the circuit is blocked, it will also cause insufficient pressure and make the actuator weak. If the oil is contaminated, replace the filter and replace the contaminated hydraulic oil if necessary. If the output flow and pressure are insufficient due to the failure of the hydraulic pump, check the engine speed during operation. If the engine speed during operation is less than 2000r / min, the output flow and pressure of the hydraulic pump will be insufficient. At this time, adjust the speed to make it reach the rated speed. If the engine speed is normal, it is the fault of the hydraulic pump. It may be the wear of the hydraulic pump that increases the clearance, resulting in internal leakage and the output of the pump can not meet the requirements. At this time, replace or repair the hydraulic pump.
