① The hydraulic pump configured for the system is pvbs frsy20-c-10 adjustable pressure pump, and its structure is shown in Figure P. After disassembly, it was found that the fault occurred in the pump flow regulation system. During normal operation, when the pump reaches the set pressure, the pressure oil flows into the guide rod inner hole 1 shown in Figure Q. under the action of the pressure oil, the piston 4 pushes the pump deflection yoke 5 to drive the swashplate 11 in Figure p to reduce its deflection angle. Therefore, the working stroke of the rotating plunger 10 in Figure P decreases, so as to reduce the pump flow. In Figure Q, the head of the pump piston 4 and the corresponding part of the pump deflection yoke 5 are obviously worn. Part of the hemispherical part of the head of the piston 4 is ground flat by about 0.5mm, and a circular pit of about 1mm deep is ground on the deflection yoke 5. When the pump reaches the set pressure, the stroke of the piston 4 moving right is about 1.5mm longer than that of the normal equipment, so that the pressure relief hole 3 in the piston guide rod is exposed (the pressure relief hole shall not be exposed when it reaches the set pressure), As shown in Figure Q (b), excessive pressure oil is discharged, resulting in throttling and heating.

② After finding out the fault, repair the worn parts of the ball joint of piston 4 and pump deflection yoke 5 in Figure Q, and then grind them into the original shape to repair them.

③ Install the repaired pump on the original equipment to ensure that the working mechanism of the loading bridge works normally and the oil temperature is normal after it is put into operation.
