    ①蝶板密封面泄漏 可以检查蝶板密封面及密封胶圈有无磨损,若胶圈磨损,则需更换新密封圈。安装时应使蝶板橡胶圈胀出一定的量,根据密封间隙来紧固压紧螺钉,保证密封面的严密性。
① If the sealing surface of the butterfly plate leaks, check whether the sealing surface of the butterfly plate and the sealing rubber ring are worn. If the rubber ring is worn, replace it with a new one. During the installation, the rubber ring of butterfly plate should be expanded a certain amount, and the compression screw should be tightened according to the sealing clearance to ensure the tightness of the sealing surface.

    ②阀轴轴封泄漏 非重锤侧可以直接拧紧端盖螺钉或更换密封垫,重锤侧可通过用扳手拧填料压盖螺栓的办法,适当调紧轴封。
② When the shaft seal of the valve shaft leaks, the end cover screw can be directly tightened or the sealing gasket can be replaced on the non heavy hammer side. On the heavy hammer side, the shaft seal can be properly tightened by tightening the packing gland bolt with a wrench.

    ③启动时重锤不能升起,液压系统无压力 产生此类故障的原因可能会有以下几种情况。

    a.检查电机转向是否正确,正对电机叶片看,应顺时针转;再检查三相交流电源每相电压是否平衡,电压是否太低。
a. Check whether the motor steering is correct, and turn clockwise when facing the motor blade; Then check whether the voltage of each phase of three-phase AC power supply is balanced and whether the voltage is too low.

    b.调速阀未打开,应转到全开位置再试。

    c.电磁阀未关闭,先关闭与电磁阀串联的手动阀1,若能开启阀门,则说明电磁阀有故障,应检查电磁阀电源及阀内是否有杂物,O形密封圈是否损坏。

    d.并联的手动阀2未关紧,应关紧手动阀2。

    e.更换或重新调整。

    f.检查油箱内的液压油是否足够,液压油是否变质。

    ④液压泵电机频繁启动补油

a.并联的手动阀2未关紧,应关紧手动阀2。

b.电磁阀泄漏严重,主要因液压油变质、沉淀物或液压油内杂物造成。可多开关阀几次,用压力油将杂物冲回油箱,或拆开电磁阀清洗密封面,并更换O形密封圈。若检验出液压油变质,则应更换液压油。
b. Serious leakage of solenoid valve is mainly caused by deterioration of hydraulic oil, sediment or debris in hydraulic oil. The valve can be opened and closed several times, and the sundries can be flushed back to the oil tank with pressure oil, or the solenoid valve can be disassembled to clean the sealing surface, and the O-ring can be replaced. If it is found that the hydraulic oil is deteriorated, the hydraulic oil should be replaced.

    c.液压系统其他元件有泄漏,应找出泄漏点,更换密封圈。

    d. 液压泵电机过载或启动后不停机,主要是由于溢流阀调定压力变动引起。调定压力偏高,液压泵电机过载;调定压力过低,则蓄能器上行程撞块不能撞动行程开关,使液压泵电机不停机,应重新调定液压系统最高压力。
d. Hydraulic pump motor overload or start after not stopping, mainly due to the relief valve set pressure changes.     ⑤蝶阀全开后液压泵电机不停机串联的手动阀1未打开,蓄能器不动作,XK3行程开关也不动作,应将手动阀1全开后再开阀。液压系统油压太低,不能使XK3动作,应重新调定油压。

    ⑥蓄能器不能自动补油 手动阀1未打开,蓄能器不动作,应打开手动阀1。XK2、XK3行程开关位置不对,应标定调好。
⑥ The accumulator can't make up oil automatically. If the manual valve 1 is not opened and the accumulator doesn't work, the manual valve 1 should be opened. The position of xk2 and xk3 travel switches is not right, so they should be calibrated.

    ⑦液压泵电机过载溢流阀调定压力过高,应重新调定液压系统最高压力。蝶阀不能全关、先关阀后停泵不能自动进行等其他故障可以检查电气系统各行程开关和其他电气元件。
