(1)概况
(1) Overview

    梅钢一号高炉原采用BG-300型液压泥炮,使用美国威格士的液压元件。BG-300型液压泥炮由转炮机构、压炮机构、打泥机构三个部分组成,在使用过程中:其故障点多、设备维修频繁的问题日益突出;其结构复杂,特别是更换打泥机构的时候很不方便;转炮运动时晃动较大;压炮轮子容易卡在门型框架的轨道上;调整铁口高低时比较麻烦,相当于更换打泥机构;液压设计不合理,寿命短、故障多,压炮没有同步回路设计。
Bg-300 hydraulic clay gun was used in No.1 blast furnace of Meishan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Bg-300 hydraulic clay gun is composed of three parts: rotating gun mechanism, pressing gun mechanism and drilling mud mechanism; Its structure is complex, especially when replacing the mud beating mechanism; When the gun rotates, it shakes greatly; The gun pressing wheel is easy to be stuck on the track of the portal frame; It is troublesome to adjust the height of the taphole, which is equivalent to replacing the mud beating mechanism; The hydraulic design is unreasonable, the life is short and there are many faults.

针对上述情况,为适应高炉冶炼不断强化的需求,必须对原有的液压泥炮进行改造。经过认真的分析论证,决定将原有的BG-300型液压泥炮改造为DDS型,并在高炉计划检修时进行在线改造。下表是梅钢一号高炉改造前和改造后液压泥炮性能的比较。

After careful analysis and demonstration, it is decided to transform the original bg-300 hydraulic clay gun into DDS type, and carry out on-line transformation during the planned overhaul of the blast furnace. The following table is a comparison of the performance of the hydraulic clay gun before and after the revamping of No.1 BF in Meisteel.

(2) DDS型液压泥炮的特点

    ①取消了压炮机构。
① The pressure gun mechanism was canceled.

    ②泥炮炮头对铁口的中心调整非常方便,调整余量较大,可以向上调整400mm,向下调整250mm,左右调整200mm。
② It is very convenient for the clay gun head to adjust the center of the taphole, and the adjustment allowance is large. It can be adjusted up 400mm, down 250mm, left and right 200mm.

    ③在旋转机构上不采用旋转接头,直接使用硬管加高压软管的连接方式,减少了泄漏点。
③ The rotary mechanism does not use the rotary joint, but directly uses the connection mode of hard pipe and high-pressure hose, which reduces the leakage point.

    ④打泥标尺直接连接到的缸体,操作人员能直观、清晰地知道铁口的深度、打泥量。
④ The drilling rod is directly connected to the cylinder block, and the operator can intuitively and clearly know the depth of the taphole and the amount of drilling mud.

    ⑤旋转装置的连杆机构采用集中干油润滑,减少了关节轴承的磨损及损坏。

(3)液压系统的特点
(3) Characteristics of hydraulic system

    ①系统中采用平衡阀加(液压锁),可实现转炮后的最佳保压,以保证炉前铁口的安全。
① In order to ensure the safety of the taphole in front of the furnace, the balance valve and the liquid pressure lock are used in the system.

    ②采用不带二次溢流的平衡阀,板式安装,用来防止载荷引起液压缸的“失控”,也可用作防破阀,实现缓冲、吸振,并能自动防止过载。
② The balance valve without secondary overflow is installed in plate type, which is used to prevent the load from causing "out of control" of the hydraulic cylinder. It can also be used as an anti breaking valve to realize buffering, vibration absorption and automatic overload prevention.

③在X油路设置出口单向节流阀,易控制方向阀的关闭时间。
③ It is easy to control the closing time of the directional valve by setting the outlet one-way throttle valve in the X oil circuit.

④借助于控制阀芯中的节流孔和阻尼阀芯的两端可以实现开启过程的阻尼,节流孔还能起粗过滤器的作用(见图B)。

⑤采用手动换向阀操作,换向阀中位机能为Y型,可以减少系统大量热量的产生。
