    某厂循泵蝶阀(锁定型HD37s41X-6ZN)试运行期间,系统投运时多次发生油管道振动问题,蝶阀重锤在开阀时也出现剧烈摆动现象,严重的一次导致重锤脱落,危及人身和设备的安全。由于此种情况对于系统及蝶阀稳定工作存在较大的隐患,而且由于管道振动引起电磁阀等密封处的密封垫及的损坏,还导致蝶阀的检修周期缩短,增加了设备维修和检修人力的投入。

为了消除蝶阀开启时系统产生振动等不利影响,对液压油系统(图I)工作原理及管路进行了分析,发现引起管道振动的根本原因在于管道中存有空气,在开启蝶阀时引起系统压力不稳,导致管道产生剧烈振动及蝶阀重锤出现摆动。但由于液压系统中未专门设计排气管路及阀门,因此应在分析的基础上确定排除管道空气的方法。

    首先确认蝶阀相关检修工作已结束,蓄压器的N2压力正常(充氮压力达7.5MPa),系统状态满足蝶阀的开关特性,不影响系统的安全性。然后对蝶阀液压油的蓄压补充回路和系统进行排气冲压(每次系统开阀排气前,记录所动阀门的螺杆原始数据)。排气冲压时,蝶阀及液压泵送电并启泵,同时通过调节溢流阀DT1对蓄压及锁紧缸回路进行排气冲压,系统升压至整定值(16MPa)。反复对系统进行排气操作(手动开DT1排气至Y2压力指示12MPa,关DT1、手动开DT4并保持,然后开DT2对系统充油排气,至Y2压力指示4MPa,依次关DT4、DT2、蝶阀及液压泵送电。启动液压泵,系统调压至整定值,蝶阀、停油泵并断电),即可排出系统管路中的空气。保证系统操作时的稳定性。当确认系统稳定,信号指示正常时,即可投入使用。
