② Since the original used hydraulic oil is 20 ° engine oil, after using for a period of time, bubbles and crawling will be formed due to oil pollution and other factors. An32g anti creeping guide rail oil is now replaced. The oil is changed in strict accordance with the oil change standard. After the oil change, the creeping is eliminated after the inspection and test run.

After adopting the above treatment method, the surface roughness of the grinding workpiece meets the requirements and meets the production needs.

(4) Summary

There are many factors that cause the hydraulic system to crawl. The above measures are only a part of them. When the grinder is working, we should pay attention to other factors that cause the hydraulic system to crawl. When diagnosing the fault of hydraulic system, it is necessary to master the principle, structure and function of hydraulic components and hydraulic system correctly. During the diagnosis, the principle of "from the outside to the inside" (reducing blind disassembly) and "from the easy to the difficult" should be followed, so as to find out the root cause of the fault.
