Hydraulic failure of surface grinder

(1) Raising of the problem

Mt130t surface grinder adopts gear pump of 100 × The structure of type 25 external helical gear pump is shown in Fig. G. During the use of the pump, the shaft 1 and the shaft sleeve 3 and 4 are often stuck, or the shaft 2 and the shaft sleeve 5 and 6 are stuck, causing the motor to stop running. On the one hand, it will affect the production, on the other hand, it will burn down the motor, and even cause accidents. Therefore, effective measures must be taken to solve the problem.

(2) Measures taken

After the pump was disassembled, it was found that the inner holes of shaft sleeve 3 and 4 had been pulled into ellipse shape. If the pump was used after simple repair, it could not fundamentally solve the problem, and similar results would still appear. After discussion and analysis, it is decided to adopt the method of external bearing, bearing model 106. After the bearing is added, its structure is shown in the figure GH.


After adopting this measure to improve the pump, the jamming problem is completely solved, and the effect is obvious: 1; ② The transmission is stable and even} 3. There is no jam again.

(3) Precautions

Three points should be paid attention to when using this method.

① The bearing cannot be installed inside the shaft sleeve, as shown in Figure I. This will be due to the leakage of the bearing can not form two closed high and low pressure oil chamber, can not normally absorb and pressure oil, so that the pump can not work.

② The damaged part of the shaft sleeve needs to be re bored after welding to ensure the fit tolerance H8 / E7 with the shaft.

③ When the bearing is placed, the inner hole should be bored to a depth of 0.2-0.3mm over the width of the bearing. Otherwise, the inner ring of the bearing will be crushed by the end covers on both sides, resulting in poor rotation and mutual wear.
