(5) Technical requirements of hydraulic axial piston pump

① General requirements. The products with special requirements shall meet the following requirements, which shall be agreed by the supplier and the demander.

The pressure rating shall comply with GB / T 2346. The nominal displacement shall comply with GB / T 2347. The installation and connection dimensions shall comply with GB / T 2353.

The type and size of threaded oil port shall comply with GB / T 2878. Other technical requirements shall comply with 4.3 of GB / T 7935-2005.

The manufacturer shall state the applicable conditions and environmental requirements of the products in the product samples and relevant data.

② Performance requirements. The performance requirements of axial piston pump should include: displacement; volumetric efficiency and total efficiency; self-priming performance; variable characteristics; noise; low temperature performance; high temperature performance; overspeed performance; overload performance; impact resistance; full load performance; sealing performance; durability.

a. Displacement. The no-load displacement should be in the range of 95% - 110% of the nominal displacement.

b. Volume efficiency and total efficiency. Under rated conditions, the volumetric efficiency and total efficiency of the fixed displacement pump shall meet the requirements of the table below. The index of variable displacement pump is one percentage point lower than that of constant displacement pump.

c. Self absorption property. The self-priming capacity shall meet the requirements in the table below.

d. Variable properties. The characteristics of various variable mechanisms should meet their own design requirements.

f. Low temperature performance. The axial piston pump shall be able to start normally under the maximum displacement and no-load pressure condition under the minimum ambient temperature and inlet oil temperature of - 20 ℃ or the low temperature agreed by the user and the manufacturer.

g. High temperature performance. Under the rated condition, the axial piston pump should work normally when the inlet oil temperature reaches 90 ~ 100 ℃.

h. Overspeed performance. When the driving speed of the axial piston pump reaches 115% of the rated speed or the maximum speed specified in the design, the axial piston pump should be able to operate normally for a short time.

i. Overload performance. Under the condition of rated speed and 125% rated pressure (choose the higher one), the axial piston pump should be able to operate normally for more than 1 min without abnormal phenomenon.

j. Impact resistance. Under the following impact test conditions with different flow output characteristics, the axial piston pump shall operate normally without abnormal phenomenon: the pressure impact test shall be conducted for the quantitative and manual variable displacement pump under the maximum displacement and rated speed; the pressure impact test shall be conducted for the constant power variable displacement pump under the constant power characteristic and rated speed of 40% rated power; the pressure impact test shall be conducted for the constant pressure variable displacement pump under the rated speed and flow of 1 The constant pressure impulse (step) cycle test was carried out continuously between 0% qvmax ≤ QV ≤ 80% qvmax.

k. Full load performance. Under the rated condition, the axial piston pump should work normally when the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃.

1. Sealing performance. The static sealing parts should not leak oil under any working conditions, and the dynamic sealing parts should not drip oil within 4H of axial piston pump operation.

m. Durability. The durability test can choose one of the following schemes: full load test 2400h; full load test 1000h, overload test 10h, impact test 100000 times; overload test 250h, impact test 100000 times.

After the durability test, the volumetric efficiency shall not be less than three percentage points of the value specified in the table below; the parts shall not have abnormal wear or other forms of damage.

③ Assembly requirements

a. Assembly shall be in accordance with 4.4 -- 4.7 of GB / T 7935-2005.

b. The internal cleanliness of axial piston pump shall meet the requirements of schedule 26.

c. The assembled axial piston pump is filled with 0.16mpa gas in the closed pump body without air leakage.

d. The appearance of the product shall comply with 4.8-4.9 of GB / T 7935-2005.
