① The low speed and high torque multi-function cycloidal motor with plane flow distribution produced by Eaton company is used in a construction machinery. The pressure is 15.5mpa and the displacement is 245ml / R. The output of the motor is weak.

② Cause analysis and disassembly inspection found that there were three obvious scratch marks in the shape of heptagonal ripple on the end face of the front cover and the end face of the fixed valve plate, which contacted with the end face of the motor stator and rotor. The scratch on the end face of the front end cover is light, and the scratch depth is shallow [Fig. J (a)]; the scratch on the end face of the fixed port plate is heavy, and the scratch depth is 0.1-0.2mm, and the width is 0.1-0.3mm [Fig. J (b)]. After the scratch on the end face of the front end cover and the end face of the port plate, the seven closed oil cavities of the motor will collude with each other, causing serious leakage in the motor, Thus, the output torque of the motor is seriously affected, and the motor is powerless in operation. Because the working condition of the machine is very bad, the object of operation is cement sand and stone, and the lack of necessary dust-proof measures, the hydraulic oil is seriously polluted, resulting in the motor end movement pair wear and scratch, which is the main reason.

③ Repair method and effect

a. Because the scratch on the end face of the front end cover is slight, it can be repaired by grinding method, that is, coating red lead powder on the grinding platform, using No. 600 grinding sand as abrasive, repeatedly grinding, and finally grinding away the scratch on the surface, and ensuring the lowest roughness and highest accuracy of the surface.

b. Due to the deep scratch on the surface of the valve plate, the lower a surface than B surface, and the existence of sealing groove and oil distribution channel, the dimensional requirements between them must be paid attention to during grinding.

After grinding, cleaning, assembling and testing show that the performance is good and the purpose of repairing is achieved. In order to control the abrasion and scratch caused by oil pollution, the following measures should be taken: replace the hydraulic oil to remove the residual impurity particles and pollutants in the system; reset the high-precision filter; install the dust-proof device to the oil tank to prevent impurities from entering the oil tank; strengthen the protective measures, and regularly check and change the oil.
