2. Processing technology

At present, the main parts of vane pump are mostly processed by CNC machine tools (such as lathe and curve grinder) and machining centers, efficient special machines (such as rotor groove grinder) and general machine tools (such as hexagonal lathe, surface grinder, internal and external grinder, shaper, grinder and polishing machine). The technical requirements for processing key parts of vane pump are as follows.

(1) The general technical requirements of stator machining are as follows: the parallelism tolerance of end face is 0.005mm; the perpendicularity tolerance of inner cylinder and end face is 0.003mm; the surface roughness of inner hole is 0.4 ~ 0.1 μ M.

An example of stator accuracy requirements is shown in Figure G. The main machining process of stator is as follows: turning end face and outer circle, boring inner hole, turning datum mark, turning the other end face, chamfering outer circle, drilling holes on two end faces, reaming locating pin holes, milling circular two inclined holes, milling four inclined planes on two end faces, rough and finish milling inner curve, quenching, vibration polishing and deburring, rough grinding two end faces, finish grinding two end faces, grinding outer circle, grinding curve, vibration polishing Smooth deburring → grinding two end faces → demagnetization, cleaning, antirust → finished product inspection → entering the finished product warehouse.

(2) The general technical requirements of rotor machining are as follows: rotor width is 0.02-0.04mm smaller than stator width; end face parallelism tolerance is 0.005mm; end face surface roughness is 0.2-0.1 μ m; blade groove parallelism tolerance is 0.01mm; blade groove surface roughness is 0.2-0.1 μ M.

An example of accuracy requirements for rotors is shown in Figure H. The main machining process of rotor is as follows: normalizing material → rough turning end face and outer circle, drilling → finish turning end face and outer circle, reaming, chamfering → finish turning the other end face, boring and reaming, chamfering → pulling inner hole flower key → rough grinding end face (positioning by turning datum plane) → drilling and reaming positioning hole → drilling, milling and reaming 12 radial holes → drilling blade groove bottom hole → milling blade groove → removing sharp edges Burr → carburizing and quenching → vibration polishing and deburring → honing and reaming pin hole → grinding inner hole → fine grinding two end faces → grinding blade groove → demagnetization, cleaning and rust prevention → finished product inspection → entering into finished product warehouse.

(3) The general technical requirements of blade machining are: the clearance between blade and rotor groove is 0.01 ~ 0.02mm; the width of blade is 0.01mm smaller than that of rotor; the blade needs to be ground, and the surface roughness of sliding surface is 0.2 μ M.

An example of accuracy requirements for blades is shown in Figure I. The main processing process of blade is: blanking, planing, two planes and sides forming blade into small pieces, quenching, vibration polishing, deburring, rough grinding, two planes, fine grinding, two planes, rough grinding, three sides, fine grinding, three sides, top slope grinding, vibration polishing, deburring, demagnetization, cleaning, rust prevention, finished product inspection, and put into the finished product warehouse.

(4) The general requirements of valve plate processing are: the surface roughness Ra is 0.2 μ M.

An example of accuracy requirement of valve plate is shown in Fig. J. The main processing process of valve plate is as follows: rough and finish turning end face and outer circle, reaming → turning round rough and finish turning end face and outer circle → drilling locating hole and bolt through hole → reaming locating pin hole → drilling oil inclined hole → rough grinding large end face and stamping V-shaped unloading groove → aging stress relief → grinding two end faces → vibration polishing deburring → grinding large end face → surface soft nitriding → grinding outer circle → grinding large end face → demagnetization Cleaning and antirust → finished product inspection → human parts finished product warehouse.
