Performance parameters of vane motor

The main performances of vane motor are pressure (pressure difference), displacement, speed, output torque, volumetric efficiency, noise and so on.

(1) At present, the rated pressure range of vane motor is about 6.3 ~ 15.5mpa. The maximum pressure is 17.5MPa.

(2) The displacement of double acting vane motor is the main specification parameter. The displacement of double acting vane motor depends on the width of blade, stator and rotor, the long and short radius of stator slide surface, the number of blades, blade thickness and blade inclination. However, it should be noted that the blade angle of vane motor is 0 = 0.. The displacement calculation formula of double acting vane motor is

R. R -- long and short radius of stator slide surface, mm;

B -- blade thickness, mm;

Z -- number of blades.

The displacement range of double acting vane motor products is about 16 ~ 300ml / R, and the commonly used displacement range is below 150ml / R.

(3) The speed of domestic vane motor is generally not more than 2000 R / min, but with the improvement of stator curve, vane structure, material and manufacturing process, the speed of some foreign vane motors has reached 4000 R / min.

(4) The theoretical output torque formula of output torque double acting vane motor is

P1 -- motor inlet pressure, MPa;

P2 -- motor outlet pressure, MPa.

(5) The volumetric efficiency of vane motor is generally 90%.

(6) Compared with gear motor, blade motor has less pulsation and noise.
