1、 Key points of use

(l) Application the application of axial piston motor is similar to that of axial piston pump.

(2) Parameter selection and type selection

① The displacement of the motor is determined according to the requirements of the torque or speed of the main engine. When selecting, we should know the no-load displacement and working effective displacement of the motor, and consider that the long-term use efficiency will decline, generally 5%.

② The rated pressure of the pressure axial piston motor should be greater than the working pressure used by the main engine system, but the maximum pressure is allowed to be used occasionally in an instant or a short time. The rated pressure of the same plunger motor product is different with different working medium and different speed. The appropriate motor should be selected according to the working medium, speed, torque and working pressure of the system.

The outlet pressure of motor should be selected correctly. If higher outlet pressure is allowed, the motor can be used in series.

The oil leakage pressure of the shell should not exceed the specification of the product manual, otherwise it will lead to the early damage and external leakage of the shaft end oil seal.

③ The maximum speed and pressure specified in the product performance parameters should not be used in the actual use of speed and torque, and there should be a certain margin. In particular, the maximum speed and maximum pressure cannot be used at the same time. In general, the maximum torque and maximum speed of the motor should not appear at the same time. The speed of axial piston motor should be selected in strict accordance with the data specified in the product technical specification table, and should not exceed the maximum speed value, otherwise, it will cause overspeed, vibration, heating, noise and even damage.

④ Steering should be based on the overall layout of the host working mechanism, the correct choice of the motor steering, generally can choose positive and negative.

⑤ The noise should be within the noise control value of the main engine, and low noise motor should be selected for indoor motor.

⑥ The factors such as the speed of working mechanism, the change degree of torque, the characteristics of main engine, the circulation mode of hydraulic circuit, etc. should be considered in the selection.

When the variable motor is selected, its variable mode can be selected according to the working mechanism of the motor, the characteristics of the system, the requirements of working conditions and the control mode. When the main engine system adopts the open circuit, the swing angle of the swash plate of the variable displacement pump or the swing angle between the transmission shaft and the cylinder block can only swing in one direction (γ = 0 → γ Max or γ = γ Max → 0), so the self-priming performance of the pump is high. If it is a closed loop, the swing angle of the variable displacement pump should be bidirectional (γ = - γ Max → + γ Max or γ = + γ Max → - γ max), and the auxiliary pump, integrated one-way valve, auxiliary pump safety valve, etc. should be connected in series on the variable displacement pump. Some of the high pressure relief valves are integrated in the motor and some in the pump, so it is appropriate to select the same series of hydraulic transmission device.

When the speed required by the working mechanism is low, the through shaft variable piston motor with mechanical reducer can be selected.
