Test equipment and conditions of cycloidal hydraulic motor

① Test device

a. Test circuit. The principle of the test circuit is shown in Figure a.

b. Position of measuring point. The pressure measuring point is set at (2-4) d (D is the pipe diameter) from the inlet and outlet of the tested motor. During the test, it is allowed to move the measuring point further away from the tested motor, but the pressure loss of the pipeline must be considered.

The temperature measuring point was set at (2-4) d (D is the pipe diameter) away from the pressure measuring point, which was further away from the tested motor than the pressure measuring point.

② Test oil

a. Viscosity: the kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ is 42-74mm2gs, special requirements are specified separately.

b. Oil temperature: unless otherwise specified, the type test shall be conducted at (50 ± 2) ℃ and the factory test shall be conducted at (50 ± 4) ℃.

c. Cleanliness grade: the code of solid particle pollution grade of oil in the test shall not be higher than 19 / 16 specified in GB / T 14039.

③ Steady state condition.

④ Measurement accuracy.

(8) Test items and methods

① Air tightness check and running in. Air tightness inspection and running in shall be conducted before component test.

a. Air tightness inspection: fill 0.16mpa clean gas into the inner cavity of the tested motor, immerse it in the antirust solution and stay for more than 1min.

b. Running in: at the rated speed or test speed, starting from the no-load pressure, load step by step and run in step by step. The running in time and pressure classification shall be determined as required, and the running in time under the rated pressure shall not be less than 2min.

② Type test. The type test items and methods are specified in the following table.

(2) At 85%, 70%, 55%, 40% and 25% of the maximum speed and rated speed, the data at all levels of the above test pressure points were measured respectively

(3) The reverse test method is the same as the forward test method

(4) At the inlet temperature of 20-35 ℃ and 70-80 ℃, the volumetric efficiency of more than seven equal pressure points in the range from no-load pressure to rated pressure was measured at rated speed

(5) Draw efficiency characteristic curve (Fig. 28) and comprehensive performance curve (Fig. 29)

Using constant torque starting method or constant pressure starting method, with different constant torque or constant pressure values, the starting pressure or torque of motor output shaft in different phase angles, positive and negative directions at 25%, 75%, 100% of rated pressure and specified back pressure are measured respectively, and the starting efficiency is calculated

Start up efficiency test

Using constant torque starting method or constant pressure starting method, with different constant torque or constant pressure values, the starting pressure or torque of motor output shaft in different phase angles, positive and negative directions at 25%, 75%, 100% of rated pressure and specified back pressure are measured respectively, and the starting efficiency is calculated

Low speed performance test

Under the condition of rated pressure and specified back pressure, the minimum speed of non creeping in positive and negative directions is measured repeatedly by means of step-by-step deceleration and acceleration

Measure four equal lean pressure points from 50% of rated pressure to rated pressure according to the above method

Minimum speed of the engine

Each test pressure point is tested for more than five times in forward and reverse steering

Low temperature test

After the temperature of the tested motor and the inlet oil temperature are at - 20 ℃, the starting test is carried out for more than five times from low speed to rated speed under the condition of no-load pressure

Oil viscosity according to design requirements

It can be carried out in industrial test

High temperature test

Under the rated condition, when the inlet oil temperature is above 90 ℃, it can run continuously for more than 1 hour

Overspeed test

Under the working condition of 125% of the maximum speed or rated speed (choose the higher one), continuously operate for 15min under no-load pressure and rated pressure respectively

Overload test

Continuous operation at rated speed at maximum pressure or 125% of rated pressure, whichever is higher

During the test, the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃, and the continuous operation is more than 10 h

 

nine

Continuous commutation test

Under the rated working condition, the forward and reverse conversion test shall be conducted at the frequency above 1g12hz (- one reciprocation)

During the test, the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃, and the continuous commutation is 50000 times

 

ten

Continuous overload test

Under the rated speed, the continuous operation test is carried out at the inlet oil temperature of 30-60 ℃ of the highest pressure or 125% of the rated pressure, in which the positive and negative operation of the shaft oil distribution structure is 100 h, and the positive and negative operation of the plane oil distribution structure is 125 H

During continuous operation, measure volumetric efficiency (or external leakage), inlet oil temperature and maximum temperature of motor shell regularly

Continuous full load test

Under the rated condition, the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃ for continuous operation test, in which the forward and reverse operation of shaft oil distribution structure is 400H, and the forward and reverse operation of plane oil distribution structure is 500h

外渗漏检查

  将被试马达擦干净,如有个别部位不能一次擦干净,运转后产生“假”渗漏现象,允许再次擦干净

  a)静密封:将干净的吸水纸压贴于静密封部位,然后取下,纸上如有油迹即为漏油

  b)动密封:在动密封部位下放置白纸,规定时间内纸上如有油滴即为

漏油
