Technical requirements for manufacturing process of vane pump

(1) Main structure Vane pump is also a kind of shell pressure bearing hydraulic components. The representative products of high-performance vane pump include vane type, pin vane type, double vane type, step vane type, etc. the processing technology of pin vane pump is the most complex, and can include the processing technology of other pumps. Therefore, this paper mainly introduces the material and technology of key parts of pin vane pump. Figure f shows a pin vane pump structure, which is mainly composed of rotor 6, stator 7, blade 11, port plates 5 and 9 on both sides, transmission shaft 1, housing 10 and other key parts. With the help of the change of the closed working volume formed by the inner surface of the stator, the outer surface of the rotor, two adjacent blades installed in the rotor blade slot and the end faces of the port plates on both sides of the inlet and outlet, the oil suction and pressure can be realized.

(2) Technical requirements in order to meet the performance parameters of vane pump and ensure the normal operation of vane pump, the following technical requirements must be met.

① When the blade rotates with the rotor, it should be able to move flexibly in the blade groove of the rotor without jamming, so that the length of the blade extending out of the rotor excircle can change with the change of the curve in the stator, thus forming the change of the sealing volume of the oil suction chamber and the oil pressure chamber, so as to realize the oil suction and oil pressure.

② There is no void between the vane and the inner slide of the stator ring. The top of the blade is in close contact with the inner surface of the stator to slide along the inner surface of the stator without void, so as to form a sealed working volume.

③ The relative sliding surfaces are well sealed. Reliable seals shall be provided between the blade and the rotor blade groove, rotor end face, stator end face, blade end face and two side plates (valve plate) to limit the leakage between the oil pressure chamber and the oil suction chamber.

④ When the sealing volume between two adjacent blades gradually expands to the maximum in the oil absorption area, it should first be cut off from the oil absorption cavity, and then quickly transferred to the oil pressure cavity to prevent the direct communication between the oil pressure cavity and the oil absorption cavity. It is required that the clearance along the circumference between the oil suction and discharge windows of the port plate should be equal to or slightly greater than the spacing between the two adjacent blades.

The product performance and normal operation of vane pump mainly depend on the reliability of closed volume seal of key parts such as stator, rotor, blade and port plate, which is mainly guaranteed by the materials used for these key parts and the shape and position accuracy of processing.
