(5) Technical requirements of hydraulic vane pump

① General requirements. The general requirements shall comply with the following provisions, and the products with special requirements shall be agreed by the supplier and the demander.

The pressure rating shall comply with GB / T 2346. The nominal displacement shall comply with GB / T 2347. The installation and connection dimensions shall comply with GB / T 2353. The type and size of threaded oil port shall comply with GB / T 2878.

Other technical requirements shall comply with 4.3 of GB / T 7935-2005. The manufacturer shall state the applicable conditions and environmental requirements of the products in the product samples and relevant data.

② Performance requirements. The performance requirements of vane pump should include: displacement; volumetric efficiency and total efficiency; self-priming performance; noise; low temperature performance; high temperature performance; overspeed performance; overload performance; sealing performance; pressure swing; hysteresis; durability.

a. The displacement and no-load displacement shall be within the range specified in the table below.

b. Volume efficiency and total efficiency. The volumetric efficiency and total efficiency shall meet the requirements of the following table under rated pressure (70% of the shut-off pressure of the variable displacement pump) and rated speed.

Note: 1. The technical indexes of quantitative pump and variable displacement pump with 16MPa < PN ≤ 25MPa in the table are for reference only.

2. Due to the lack of feasible technical basis, a few technical indicators are vacant and need to be supplemented when revising.

c. Self absorption property. Unless otherwise specified, the measured value of vacuum at the suction port of vane pump shall not be less than 16kpa.

d. Noise. Under rated pressure (70% cut-off pressure of variable displacement pump) and rated speed, the noise value shall comply with the provisions of schedule 19.

e. Low temperature performance. The vane pump shall be able to start normally under the working condition of maximum displacement and no-load pressure under the minimum ambient temperature and inlet oil temperature of - 20 ℃ or the low temperature agreed by the user and the manufacturer.

f. High temperature performance. Under the rated condition, when the inlet oil temperature of vane pump reaches 90 ~ 100 ℃, the vane pump should be able to work normally.

g. Overspeed performance. When the driving speed of the vane pump reaches 115% of the rated speed, the vane pump shall be able to operate normally for a short time.

h. Overload performance. Under the rated speed and 125% rated pressure, the vane pump shall be able to operate continuously for more than 1 min without abnormal phenomenon.

i. Sealing performance. The static sealing parts shall not leak oil under any working conditions, and the dynamic sealing parts shall not drip oil within 5h of vane pump operation.

j. Pressure swing. For the vane pump with rated pressure PN ≤ 6.3MPa, the outlet pressure shimmy value shall not be greater than ± 0.2MPa; for the vane pump with rated pressure 6.3MPa < PN ≤ 25MPa, the outlet pressure shimmy value shall not be greater than ± 2% of the rated pressure (if it is less than ± 0.2MPa, it shall be ± 0.2MPa).

k. Hysteresis. The hysteresis of variable vane pump should be less than 10%.

l. Durability. One of the following durability test schemes can be selected: 3000h continuous full load test, 100000 impact tests after 600H continuous overload test (100h variable displacement pump test), and 300000 impact tests after 360h continuous overload test.

Note: variable displacement pump is only selected from the first two schemes.

After the durability test, the volumetric efficiency shall not be less than three percentage points of the value specified in schedule 18; the parts shall not have abnormal wear or other forms of damage.

③ Assembly requirements. Assembly shall be in accordance with 4.4-4.7 of GB / T 7935-2005. The internal cleanliness of vane pump shall comply with JB / T 7858. The assembled vane pump is filled with 0.16mpa gas in the closed pump body without air leakage.

④ Appearance requirements. The appearance of the product shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 7935-2005.
