1. Type characteristics

(1) The classification of type vane motor is shown in Fig. g. the multi action vane motor is one of the low speed and high torque hydraulic motors. The single acting vane motor has a process of oil inlet and outlet when the rotor rotates once a week. The displacement of the motor can be adjusted, but it is seldom used because the radial force cannot be balanced. The double acting vane motor has two oil inlet windows and two oil discharge windows. The rotor rotates once a week to enter and discharge oil twice. The displacement of the motor is not adjustable. It is a quantitative vane motor. This kind of motor has the most products and applications.

2. Working principle

Taking double acting vane motor (Fig. h) as an example, the working principle of vane motor is explained. It can be seen from Fig. h that blades 1-8 divide the annular space formed between the front and rear end covers, rotor and stator into the same number of sealing chambers along the circumference. When the pressure oil enters the sealing chamber through the two oil inlet windows in the upper left and lower right corners of the valve plate, one side of blades 1, 3, 5 and 7 is affected by oil pressure P, and the other side returns through the oil discharge windows in the lower left and upper right corners The pressure on both sides of blade 2, 4, 6 and 8 is the same. Since the bearing area of blade 1 is larger than that of blade 7, torque is generated. Similarly, the bearing area of blade 5 is larger than that of blade 3, which also generates torque. The resultant torque drives the rotor to rotate clockwise with angular velocity ω to output mechanical energy.
