(1) the general order of debugging: generally, it is automatic after manual operation; first, no load action is used to adjust the low pressure, then adjust the high voltage; first adjust the light load, then adjust the heavy load; first adjust the low speed, then adjust the high speed.

② When filling the oil tank with the oil specified in the instruction manual, special attention should be paid to the cleaning, and the filling should not exceed the maximum level mark.

③ Check the power supply voltage, and then connect the power line and control line. Connect the cooling water source as required and check the correctness of the rotation direction of the hydraulic pump.

④ Inching the drive motor or idling the internal combustion engine, check the direction of rotation.

⑤ Bleed the hydraulic system at the highest possible point. Loosen the vent plug or pipe joint, operate the directional valve and make the hydraulic motor rotate back and forth, slowly increase the load and increase the set value of the pressure valve. When there is no foam in the fuel tank, the executive elements no longer crawl, the system no longer has abnormal noise, that is, good deflation, tighten the bleed plug and so on.

⑥ When the pipeline is full of oil and all the actuators are extended and rotated, make up the oil to the lowest level mark of the oil tank.

⑦ Fill the shell of the hydraulic pump with oil as required, and open the stop valve of the oil suction pipe.

⑧ First, adjust the pressure regulator of pressure control valve, flow control valve and variable pump to the low setting value. The directional control valve is in the neutral position.

⑨ The accumulator should be charged to the charging pressure.

⑩ Run in. Gradually increase the set value until the final adjustment of pressure control valve, pressure relay, flow control valve, pump regulator, time relay, etc. according to the manufacturer's instructions. Run the components at full load for several hours to monitor the steady-state operating temperature.

⑩ Re tighten the bolts and joints to prevent leakage; clean or replace the filter element.

Note that when debugging the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic motor should be separated from its driving mechanism as far as possible and inched under no-load. Adjust the speed gradually from low speed to high speed, and pay attention to no-load exhaust, and then reverse operation. At the same time, check whether the temperature rise and noise of motor shell are normal. After the no-load operation is normal, connect the motor with the working mechanism, and run with load from low speed to high speed. If crawling occurs at low speed, check whether the working mechanism is mechanically clamped or interfered, whether the lubrication is sufficient, and whether the system exhaust is complete.
