Test items and methods of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor

① Air tightness check and running in. Air tightness inspection and running in shall be conducted before component test.

a. Air tightness inspection: fill the inner cavity of the tested motor with 0.16mpa clean gas, immerse it in antirust solution and stay for more than 1min.

b. Running in: at rated speed or test speed, starting from no-load pressure, step by step loading, step by step running in. The running in time and pressure classification need to be determined, and the running in time under rated pressure shall not be less than 2min.

② Type test. Type test items and methods shall be in accordance with schedule 35.

Efficiency test

① Under the condition of maximum displacement:

a) At 25% of the rated speed and pressure, measure the flow and other data after stable operation. Then load step by step, and measure the data of each group of test pressure points from 25% of rated pressure to more than six equal parts of rated pressure according to the above method

b) At the highest speed and about 85%, 70%, 55%, 40% and 25% of the rated speed, the data of all levels of the above test pressure points were measured respectively

c) The reverse test method is the same as the forward test method

② For two speed or multi speed variable motor, the volumetric efficiency and output torque at 100% and 50% of the rated pressure are only required to be measured for the other stages except the reduced speed (maximum displacement)

③ Under the conditions of 20-35 ℃ and 70-80 ℃, the volumetric efficiency of motor was measured from no-load pressure to more than seven equal pressure points in the range of rated pressure at rated speed and maximum displacement

④ Draw the equal efficiency characteristic curve and comprehensive performance curve

⑤ The efficiency curves at 20 ~ 35 ℃ and 70 ~ 80 ℃ were drawn

Starting torque test

Constant torque starting method or constant pressure starting method is adopted. Under the maximum displacement condition, with different constant torque or constant pressure values, the starting pressure or torque of motor output shaft at different phase angles, positive and negative directions at 25%, 75%, ioo% of rated pressure and specified back pressure are measured respectively to calculate the starting efficiency

Low speed performance test

Under the conditions of maximum displacement, rated pressure and specified back pressure, the minimum steady speed of non creeping in forward and reverse directions is measured repeatedly by means of step-by-step deceleration and acceleration respectively

Then measure the minimum speed of four equal pressure points from 50% of rated pressure to rated pressure

Each test pressure point is tested for more than five times in forward and reverse steering

Noise test

Under the conditions of maximum displacement, rated speed and specified back pressure, the noise values of three common pressure levels (including rated pressure) were measured respectively

According to the above method, the noise values of the maximum speed and 70% of the rated speed are measured respectively

① The background noise should be 10dB (a) lower than the measured noise of the tested motor

Otherwise, it should be corrected

Low temperature test

Under the condition of no-load pressure, the motor temperature and inlet oil temperature are below - 20 ℃, and the starting test is carried out for more than five times from low speed to rated speed

Oil viscosity according to design requirements

High temperature test

Under the rated condition, when the inlet oil temperature is above 90 ℃, the oil viscosity can be adjusted according to the design requirements

Overspeed test

Under the working conditions of maximum displacement, maximum speed or rated speed 125% (the higher one), the machine can be operated continuously for 15 minutes at no-load pressure and rated pressure respectively

Continuous overload test

Under the condition of rated speed and maximum displacement, continuous operation at the highest pressure or 125% of the rated pressure (whichever is higher)

During the test, the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃ and the continuous operation is more than 10 hours

Continuous commutation test

Under the rated working condition, the forward and reverse conversion test shall be conducted at the frequency of more than 1 / 12Hz (- one reciprocation)

The impact test with frequency of 1 / 6-1 / 2Hz is allowed to replace the unidirectional motor

Continuous full load test

Under the rated condition, the inlet oil temperature is 30 ~ 60 ℃ for continuous operation

The volumetric efficiency and total efficiency under rated conditions are measured after the above specified tests

External leakage inspection

  将被试马达擦干净,如有个别部位不能一次擦干净,运转后产生“假”渗漏现象,允许再次擦干净

  ④静密封:将干净的吸水纸压贴于静密封部位,然后取下,纸上如有油迹即为渗油

  ②动密封:在动密封部位下放置白纸,规定时间内纸上如有油滴即为漏油
