The main performance of radial piston motor includes pressure, displacement, speed, torque, volumetric efficiency and total efficiency.

(l) At present, the maximum pressure of the radial piston motor can reach 45MPa, and the common working pressure is 16 ~ 45MPa

(2) The displacement calculation method of single acting radial piston motor is the same as that of single acting radial piston pump.

The displacement calculation formula of the multi action radial piston motor is as follows:

H -- effective stroke of plunger, mm;

X -- the number of action of each plunger in each working cycle;

Z -- number of plugs in each row;

The displacement range of existing single acting radial piston motor products is from less than 1ml / R to tens of thousands of ml per revolution, while the displacement range of multi acting radial piston motor products is wider, from less than 1ml / R to hundreds of thousands of ml per revolution.

(3) Speed radial piston motor can get lower speed. The speed of known products is generally lower than 1200R / min, and the lowest stable speed is 0.3r/min. The speed of multi action motor is generally lower than that of single action motor with the same displacement.

(4) The instantaneous torque of torque radial piston motor is also pulsating. The average theoretical torque can be calculated as follows:

The torque of radial piston motor varies with different types of products. As far as the starting torque efficiency is concerned, all kinds of radial piston motors are higher than axial piston motors. The starting torque efficiency of single acting radial piston motor is generally up to 90%, while that of multi acting radial piston motor is generally up to 95%.

(5) Efficiency the highest volumetric efficiency of various radial piston motors can basically reach 95%. The highest total efficiency is equivalent to that of axial piston motor, up to 90%.
