2.2.7 troubleshooting

The common faults of the motor in use are non rotation, abnormal speed and torque, excessive noise, internal and external leakage and abnormal heating, etc. the general methods of fault diagnosis and troubleshooting are shown in the following table. The following table lists some common fault phenomena and troubleshooting methods of cycloid internal meshing gear motor in use.
