The static characteristic (control characteristic) curve of the incremental digital valve is shown in Figure 6. The characteristic curve of the directional flow valve in Figure 6 (c) is actually composed of two digital valves. From Figure 6, static indicators such as dead zone, linearity, hysteresis and rated value of the valve can also be obtained. Selecting a stepping motor with a small step angle or taking measures such as frequency division can improve the resolution of the valve, so as to improve the control accuracy of the valve.
The dynamic characteristics of incremental digital pressure valve are closely related to the control law of input signal. The step characteristic curve of incremental digital pressure valve is shown in Figure 7. It can be seen that good dynamic performance can be obtained when using program optimization control.
